1. Overview

While we do not offer returns at this time, we gladly accept exchanges under specific conditions to ensure product integrity and your peace of mind.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

  • 🍼 Unused and in original, unopened packaging
  • 🏷️ All tags, labels, and seals intact
  • 🚫 No signs of wear, use, or washing

Please Note: Items removed from packaging, used, or washed are not eligible for exchange.

3. Exchange Timeframe

There is no fixed deadline for requesting an exchange. As long as the item meets our eligibility criteria, you may initiate an exchange at your convenience.

4. Exchange Method

  • We currently only offer exchanges.
  • Refunds or credit notes are not available.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Feeding accessories (e.g., bottles, pacifiers, breast pumps)
  • Personal care items (e.g., toiletries, grooming kits)
  • Opened or used bedding and linens
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Note: Due to the sensitive nature of baby products, all exchanges must meet our strict condition requirements.

6. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at support@lebouquet-baby.com or visit your nearest Le Bouquet Baby showroom.
  2. Provide your order details, item description, and reason for exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and confirm eligibility.
  4. Ship or bring the item to the advised location in its original condition.

7. Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
  • If the item is defective or sent in error, we will cover the return costs.

 

8. Exchange Availability

Exchanges are only available for eligible items. If the requested item is out of stock, our team will help you choose an alternative of equal value.

9. Processing Time

Refunds are not part of our policy.

For exchanges, once your item is received and inspected, we will process your request and notify you regarding pickup or shipment of the replacement item.
